Agile Requirement Engineering - User Stories and UCD

Of the late i have been actively involved with requirement analysis on the agile projects. The whole concept of User Stories was a paradigm shift for the entire team which was accustomed to traditional way of capturing requirements (detailed functional requirements and use cases).
As goes with any transition, each day was a learning experience. What we realized as part of retrospection was that our user stories were very much similar to the use cases, that prompted me to explore the best practices associated with User Stories.
Below article at DevX is really helpful for anybody looking for writing effective user stories.
It also bring up the User Centered Design( UCD) aspects associated with user stories.
